Xbox 360 – Dragon Age Origins

Bioware is back at it again.  The makers of Mass Effect, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, Neverwinter Nights, Baldur’s Gate, and Jade Empire continue down their path of dominance in the action RPG genre with the release of Dragon Age Origins.  Featuring six unique beginnings to your story based on race and class, you take on the medieval tasks of good or evil presented on your journey through an in depth storyline.  Boasting monstrous enemies and epic battles, Dragon Age Origins looks to claim its place on the throne of next-gen RPG titles.  Can Bioware tame the dragon that is the action RPG world yet again or will they fall victim to their own past success?

As you can tell from the main review, I thoroughly enjoyed the game. Hopefully this review helps convince those on the fence to purchase Dragon Age. I'm sure you will enjoy it!

I agree with this review. The graphics are less than stellar. I am a bit disappointed that this game doesn't support 1080p...only 720p...but replay is IMO extremely high. You get to choose between 3 different classes (Warrior, Mage, or Rogue), 3 different races (Human, Elf, and Dwarf) and either Male or Female. Each combination will be treated differently inside the game. I just bought the game, and I played for over 4 hours on my initial sitting, and barely scratched the surface. I am 4% complete in the game. Graphics aside, this game is fun to play (if you enjoy RPG's) and offers you a ton of replay. I would highly recommend this game.
